How Does a Vehicle Service Contract Work?

2. Choose the Repair Facility – a Vehicle Service Agreement can be used at any licensed repair facility in the United States or Canada. Repair facilities include an independent repair facility, national chain such as Pep Boys, Goodyear and Firestone or even a dealer.

3. Repair Facility Submits Claims  – the repair facility diagnoses the vehicle prior to making repairs and submits information to the claims department for approval.

4. Claims Paid Directly to Repair Facility – once your claim is approved, your repair facility completes the repair and payment is made by the provider's claims department directly to the repair facility. Deductible may apply.
